ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004

In February 3rd 2011 Bureau Veritas awarded Oy KGN Tool Ab with certificate of ISO 9001:2008 standard and in October 3rd 2011 with certificate of ISO 14001:2004 standard.

Our welding department follows the welding quality system SFS EN ISO 3834-2.

At the moment we are working on to get the OHSAS 18001 certificate in Autumn 2012.

According to Suomen Asiakastieto The Strongest in Finland certificate is a sign that the company is a reliable partner - now and in the future. At the same time it indicates the financial solidity of the company, and also raises the company's image as employer. As one of the Strongest in Finland the company is creating power for the future economy.

KGN Tool is specialised in manufacturing of various service tools, toolsets, special machined components and assembling part-assemblies.

For over 40 years we have produced products, solutions and services especially for Ship and Power Plant building industries, Wind industry, other Power industries and Special industries.

The company belongs to the Österberg Group and is managed by the CEO, Mrs. Katariina Pukkila-Palmunen.
